Maria De Mattias – Hymn

Quotations from the Fragments for personal reflection:

• Let us prepare our heart for the grace of begining our work in the vineyard with the greatest possible zeal. Let us love Christ above all! (# 511; Oct. 8 1856)

• Let our only thought be to show everyone, as far as possible, the love of the Crucified Jesus… Let us rejoice if our hearts are filled with this love! (# 812; Mar. 7, 1864)

• It is not we who are working, but God. All good comes from God… (#656; June 27, 1860)

Concluding prayer:

Thanksgiving for our vocation:

Holy Father, we thank you for having called us to live our baptismal consecration in total dedication to adoration and to loving service of your people.

Help us to open our heart to the love of your Spirit, so that it may be totally oervaded with the fullness of your love. We ask of you all the graces that we need in order to reach that holiness to which you have called us in this Congregation. May our life be a living image of your merciful love for all your creatures. Grant that we may spend our life in adoration and in joyous service to our neighbor, thus moving all creation toward that beautiful order of things which your Son Jesus Christ came to establish in His Blood. Holy Father, sanctify us, form us, so that we may become similar to the Christ Risen.
